Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, device type and visit duration. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the site.

No analytics script is loaded and no request is sent to Google before you click « Accept » in the cookie banner. If you decline, or if you never answer, nothing is loaded and no cookie is set.

Demo requests

When you submit the Request a demo form, we collect the information you provide: first name, last name, professional email address, company, role, the workflow you describe, your agent deployment stage, your primary priority and any free-text details. We use it solely to prepare and answer your request.

Form submissions are transmitted through a Google Apps Script application, which records submissions in a Google Sheet and sends a notification email to our team.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email weiwei.chen@trust-or.com. We will answer within one month, the maximum period allowed by law.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL), the French supervisory authority.

7. Cookies and your choices

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie preferences link, available in the footer of every page. Choosing « Decline » deletes the analytics cookies already set and prevents any further script from loading.

Only two categories of storage exist on this site: the analytics cookies described above, and the local storage entry that remembers your consent choice. There is no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker beyond what is listed on this page.
